SYNOPSIS
The fate of the universe rests in the hands of a single instrument - an enchanted lyre. Its melodies are said to hold the very song of creation within them, keeping all worlds in perfect harmony. Those worlds connect to each other via an immense tree, whose leaves reach to the heavens and roots extend to the well of Urdarbrunnr.
But lurking in the shadows is a creature of chaos, its eyes gleaming with malevolent intent as it plots to steal the lyre and unleash discord upon the cosmos to gain power.
With the lyre gone, the delicate balance between the worlds begins to unravel. Discord and chaos spread as the once harmonious song of the cosmos is replaced by silence and lamentations.
The quest for the lyre unfolds as follows.
- Track 1: Journey in Cosmos. One travels through cosmos in order to find answers. One has to decipher Odin's runes, providing hints that will guide the travellers to the lyre and thus inner peace. However, the travel will be fraught with peril, as the runes predict that the lyre is hidden in the underworld of Hel, the realm of the dead.
- Track 2: The Well of Urdarbrunnr. The runes lead you at first to the Well of Urdarbrunnr. You will find a magic calice to drink the sacred water of the well. The power gained from drinking the water of the Well of Urdarbrunnr is unparalleled, granting the traveler not only the strength to navigate the treacherous realms but also the ability to withstand the malevolent forces of the underworld of Hel. This newfound power is essential, as it ensures the traveler can confront Hel and retrieve the enchanted lyre without succumbing to the sinister energies that pervade her domain. Without this extraordinary gift, the journey to restore balance to the worlds would be impossible.
- Track 3: Norns. Travellers meet the Norns, female creatures sowing destiny. Travellers will solve ancient riddles set by the Norns to test their wisdom. Each step taken is a test of courage and intellect, pushing travellers to their limits as they seek to restore harmony to the nine worlds. By presenting offerings that symbolise wisdom and balance, the traveler can earn the Norns' favour and perhaps glean insights into the riddles that guard the path forward.
- Track 4: World of Hel. The Norns show you a secret path to the world of Hel. The World of Hel is a labyrinth of shadows and despair, filled with deceptive paths and eerie silence. The traveler must navigate through an ever-shifting maze, where illusions blend with reality, making every step treacherous. Dark spirits and lost souls lurk around every corner, ready to ensnare the unwary, while the chilling presence of Hel herself looms, testing the traveler's resolve and courage.
- Track 5: Heavens with harp. The travellers return triumphant, their arms straining under the weight of the sacred lyre. As they ascend into the heavens, a sense of serenity and tranquility descends upon the once tumultuous worlds. The sound of celestial music fills the air, banishing all traces of chaos and discord. The lyre's ethereal melody echoes through every corner of the universe, bringing back harmony and peace to all who dwell within it.
